Too Oil Preparation Terminal is the receipt of oil from oil companies to prepare it to commercial quality and pump it into the main oil pipeline of TOO "Kaztransoil". The North-West Zhetybay oil field is located in the Munaylinsky district of the Mangistau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 25 km northwest of the Zhetybay railway station and 60 km east of the administrative center of the region, Aktau Area - 2.95 hectares.
In the zone of influence of the object there are no reserves, museums, architectural monuments, resorts, recreation areas and other objects with increased requirements for the sanitary state of the environment.

Water supply for household needs is carried out by IP "Orabaeva", monthly water consumption on average - 200 m3.
Supply of drinking water - bottled, under the contract with TOO "Aqua-Ideal".
Domestic fecal water is discharged into a septic tank, according to the contract, it is removed by TOO "Corporation of Technical Assistance". Power supply from substations "35-10kV North-West Zhetybai".
The heating of the office of the field is provided autonomously, there is a boiler room operating on gas. The ventilation system is provided both natural through window and door openings, roof lights, and forced - supply and exhaust with the help of fans.
